Privacy Policy

AI Voice Enhancer ("the App") is published by Bulpara Teknoloji Limited Şirketi ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes what happens to your recordings and your data when you use the App.
The part that matters most
The App has two ways of processing audio, and they are not the same from a privacy standpoint. Quick Clean runs entirely on your iPhone. Studio does not — it uploads your file to third-party servers. Section 2 explains exactly where it goes and who touches it. If you never run Studio, no audio ever leaves your device.
1. Quick Clean — on your device
Quick Clean is an EQ and dynamics filter that runs locally on your iPhone. Audio processed by Quick Clean is never uploaded, transmitted, or seen by us or anyone else. It works with no network connection.
2. Studio — processed in the cloud by named third parties
Studio is a cloud feature. When you run Studio on a recording, the audio you selected is uploaded from your device and processed by companies other than us. We name them here because you are entitled to know before you tap the button:

What is uploaded is the audio you chose — for a video file, only the extracted audio track, never the picture. Your enhanced result is returned to your device over a private, unguessable link.
Once your audio is on Replicate's infrastructure, it is handled under Replicate's terms and privacy policy, and the model is governed by Resemble AI's. We link both above rather than summarize them, because their commitments are theirs to make and ours to pass on accurately, not to paraphrase. Read them if the answer matters to you. If it does, use Quick Clean and do not run Studio.
3. Retention — how long files exist
- Uploads (the file you sent) are configured to expire from our storage 1 day after upload.
- Results (the enhanced file) are configured to expire from our storage 7 days after they are produced, so the App can fetch them again if something interrupts the download.
- Copies held by Replicate during processing are subject to their retention policy, not ours.
These expiries are storage lifecycle rules on the bucket, not a promise that we individually inspect and purge each file. If you need a file removed sooner, email us (section 8) and we will delete it.
4. What we store on our servers
We do not run accounts, and there is nothing to sign up for. Our server stores the minimum needed to meter the monthly minute pool your subscription pays for:
- Your Apple
original_transaction_id— an identifier issued by Apple for your subscription. We use it as the key for your usage pool. It is not your name, email, or Apple ID. - Minutes consumed and remaining in the current period, and the duration of each run.
- Job state (queued, running, succeeded, failed) while a job is in flight.
We do not store transcripts. We do not analyze the content of your recordings. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share your data with data brokers or advertisers. The App contains no ads and no advertising SDKs.
5. What stays on your device
- Your original file — always. The App never overwrites the recording you started with.
- History — your jobs, their results, durations, and timestamps, stored in the App's sandbox.
- Preferences and free-preview count — the 3-preview allowance is tracked on-device.
- Subscription state — managed by Apple's StoreKit and cached locally for feature gating.
Deleting the App removes all of this from your device.
6. Permissions
- Files / iCloud Drive: only the specific file you pick is imported into the App's sandbox. We do not browse or enumerate your storage.
- Photos (read-only): only when you choose a video, and only the clip you select through the iOS picker.
- Notifications (optional): used to tell you a job has finished. You can disable this in iOS Settings at any time.
The App has no recorder and does not request microphone access. It works only on files you already have.
7. Apple
Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of that data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
8. Your rights and choices
- Avoid the cloud entirely by not running Studio. Quick Clean is local and unlimited.
- Delete local data by removing a history entry or deleting the App.
- Request deletion of an upload, a result, or your usage record by emailing privacy@bulpara.com. Include the approximate date and time of the job so we can locate it.
- Ask what we hold about you at the same address. Because we key usage on an Apple-issued subscription identifier and hold no account, we may need that identifier from you to answer.
- Disable notifications in iOS Settings.
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection under the GDPR. Our lawful basis for processing your audio is performance of the contract you entered when you asked us to enhance a file. Contact us at the address above to exercise any of these.
9. Children's privacy
The App is rated 4+ but is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us audio, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes to how your audio is handled — in particular any change to who processes it — will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date before the change takes effect in the App.
